
Who am I?
A weird mix between natural sciences, fascination with nature and strength training
By studying Agricultural Sciences before attaining my masters degree Ecotoxicology & Environmental Management and working in the Energy Sector, all while improving in strength training over the past decade of my life, I developed a special interest in nutrition, the environtment, the way food is produced, its effect on our body as well as the process of building muscle mass, not only in humans.
This personal blog brings together all my interests and personal views about topics like farming, bodybuilding, animals and nature while sometimes touching on economics, sustainability and philosophy. Certainly the wrong blog if you want to read consistently about one topic, but if you’re in for a wild mix on all these topics, this is right blog for you.

Du bist, was du isst. Damit bist und isst du gleichzeitig, was dein Essen isst. Klingt kompliziert, ist es auch, deswegen versuche ich, das ganze etwas anschaulicher zu erklären.
